Recently renovated rooms, extremely clean with a king bed and a coffee table, perfect for families with kids enjoying the pool, conveniently located for business, bridge access, and dining options nearby.

The food was excellent with lots of options. I got huge room with a king bed and hardwood floors plus dresser as advertised. The location was ideal - a short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

We spent a nice time here. We had an impressive room with a clean bathroom.3. The location was handy for traveling around Windsor.4. Short walk to new sights and the bridge between Canada.

Location was good for doing business

There were a couple of items that did not work. Desk chair and its light. Also there were moldy pastries on the breakfast buffet. Only apples offered for fruit.

Staff were very helpful & responsive to needs. Continental breakfast included was nice/great homemade waffle machine. Room was nice, many pillows & towels...didn't have to ask for extras. Although on a busy highway, the side of the hotel was quiet for sleeping. Pool looked nice although we didn't have time to enjoy it. Nice to have WiFi access during our stay. We were a bit late for check out but was not a problem. We encoutered a small problem, a laundry service issue (not a staff one) & the Concierge that morning took our concern very seriously & acted promptly providing a discount to our bill. We didn't expect this but it was a very nice response.

Would have liked regular plates for breakfast & not paper plates/plastic utensils. Bar fridge was nice to use but a bit noisy when sleeping. Bed was a bit too firm but ok for 1 night.

I loved our cozy rooms with a super comfortable king size bed and loved how convenient it was to be close to Belle River, the Ambassador Bridge, and various dining spots.

We attended a graduation and the Comfort Inn was very close to the college. The pool was refreshing and fun. The staff were very friendly and nice.

We stayed at the hotel 3 days for bereavement; there was a death in our immediate family. Our daughter and granddaughter stayed for one night in a separate room in order to attend the funeral ceremony. We found the staff very nice and polite and the Lady who is in charge of the breakfast was most endearing. The rooms were clean and even though our daughter booked at the last minute she was given an upgraded room close to ours. Very convenient it was. We took advantage of the jacuzzi, the gym and the pool; every thing was super clean and in good condition. We liked the outdoor parking right by our room. We will go back to this hotel if need be and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

The only inconvenience was the lack of a safe in the room; we had to carry our valuables with us in the gym and the swimming-pool.

I had a fantastic stay here for a few nights, everything was excellent.

The convenience of the location although the entrance off the road is not well marked and it is difficult to get to if you are east bound on Huron Church Road. The size of the room was surprising. The fact that the window opened was a lovely surprise. The staff were very friendly and informative. The continental breakfast could have offered more variety.

There were a few hairs in the bathtub and on the counter in the bathroom.

Upgrading to rooms : hand rails in bath shower are needed. house. Needs some mechanical maitenance. eg. bath fan works but the room steams up. bathroom door sticks. Waterfaucet needs washer replcment. elevator would be helpful.

Had a good night's sleep in the queen room with a sofa, coffee table, and vinyl floors. the location was perfect for exploring Windsor. - Everything was excellent, will definitely choose this hotel again in Windsor.

Location and resonable price were the primary reasons and to this end the hotel did not disappoint.

Only one complaint...I Had to change rooms during the visit because there was not a two double bed room available on consecutive nights. I was Ok with this solution but asked that we could move between the new rooms later in the day because of a timing commitment that meant we needed to be out of our room close to noon to make morning meeting. This plan was agreed to upon my arrival on Friday night but when Saturday morning came we were asked to move just prior to our departure timing which created a bit of unneeded chaos in our daily plan. It all worked out but it was a little stressful.

I greatly enjoyed staying at hotel and would stay here again. The setting was great and handy, near to Ambassador Bridge, highway access and all amenities and popular areas. It also was in a good area of town.
